Managing Change
Knowing what your organisation should look like, how the processes should be run, and how the people should behave within doesn't mean that you know how to get there. To get there requires that your people understand and believe:
- What the business goals are
- Why certain changes are needed to achieve them
- How things will change, and what will not change
- What their role is in this
- When it is time for the next step
Behavioural change should be a resultant of clear set business goals and people's commitment to play their part in realising those results. It's not going to happen the other way around: Defining an ideal set of behaviours and judging people on their adherence to this model will not result in a brilliant strategy or operational improvements. It may however provide people with a proper excuse for ill performance.
In working with you we can help you realise successful and sustainable change.
